Mover Network Terms of Agreement

MoveMeWithCare.com – Mover Network Terms of Agreement 

Effective Date: December 18, 2025 

This Terms of Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between MoveMeWithCare.com (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and the moving company, carrier, or independent mover applying for and/or participating in the MoveMeWithCare.com Moving Network (“Mover,” “you,” or “your”). 

By submitting an application, accessing the platform, or accepting jobs through MoveMeWithCare.com, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by this Agreement. 

1. Purpose of the Network 

MoveMeWithCare.com operates a curated referral and lead-generation network designed to connect consumers with professional, ethical, and qualified moving service providers. Acceptance into the network is contingent upon compliance with quality, safety, licensing, insurance, and conduct standards outlined in this Agreement. 

2. Independent Contractor Status

Mover acknowledges and agrees that: 

  • Mover is an independent contractor, not an employee, agent, partner, or joint venturer of MoveMeWithCare.com. 
  • MoveMeWithCare.com does not control how Mover performs services, including labor decisions, pricing, routes, staffing, or equipment. 
  • Mover is solely responsible for all taxes, wages, benefits, permits, and legal obligations related to its business operations. 

3. Eligibility & Approval Requirements 

To be approved and remain active in the network, Mover must: 

  • Maintain all required local, state, and federal licenses, including but not limited to USDOT and MC numbers where applicable. 
  • Maintain active insurance coverage, including: 
  • General Liability Insurance 
  • Cargo Insurance 
  • Workers’ Compensation (where required by law) 
  • Provide accurate, current documentation upon request. 
  • Pass internal vetting, background, compliance, and reputation checks. 

MoveMeWithCare.com reserves the right to approve, deny, suspend, or revoke membership at its sole discretion. 

4. Service Standards & Code of Conduct 

Mover agrees to uphold the highest professional standards, including but not limited to: 

  • Treating customers with respect, honesty, and courtesy 
  • Providing transparent pricing with no hidden fees 
  • Accurately representing services, credentials, and capabilities 
  • Showing up on time and completing jobs as agreed 
  • Using trained staff and well-maintained equipment 
  • Protecting customer property with reasonable care 

Prohibited Conduct includes: 

  • Fraud, misrepresentation, bait-and-switch pricing, or deceptive practices 
  • Harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior 
  • Use of unlicensed subcontractors without disclosure 
  • Theft, property damage, or negligence 
  • Requesting off-platform payments to avoid fees (if applicable) 

5. Customer Relationship & Ownership 

  • Customers referred through MoveMeWithCare.com remain customers of the Mover for the specific job booked. 
  • MoveMeWithCare.com does not guarantee job volume or conversion. 
  • Mover may not represent itself as an employee or agent of MoveMeWithCare.com. 
  • Any disputes between Mover and customer remain the sole responsibility of the Mover. 

6. Fees, Payments & Revenue Model 

Depending on the program selected, Mover may be subject to: 

  • Referral fees 
  • Lead fees 
  • Subscription or membership fees 
  • Performance-based fees 

All fees will be disclosed separately and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. 

Mover agrees not to circumvent or interfere with MoveMeWithCare.com’s compensation structure. 

7. Insurance, Claims & Liability 

Mover is solely responsible for: 

  • Loss, damage, or delay of customer property 
  • Injury to workers, customers, or third parties 
  • Filing, handling, and resolving all claims 

MoveMeWithCare.com: 

  • Is not a moving carrier or broker 
  • Does not assume liability for services performed by Movers 
  • Shall not be named as an insured or responsible party in any claim 

Mover agrees to indemnify and hold harmless MoveMeWithCare.com from any claims, damages, losses, or legal actions arising from Mover’s services. 

8. Reviews, Ratings & Feedback 

Mover acknowledges that: 

  • Customers may leave reviews or feedback 
  • MoveMeWithCare.com may display, moderate, or remove reviews at its discretion 
  • Consistently poor ratings or complaints may result in suspension or termination 

Mover agrees not to manipulate, coerce, or falsify reviews. 

9. Confidentiality & Data Protection 

Mover agrees to: 

  • Use customer information solely for service fulfillment 
  • Protect personal and confidential data 
  • Comply with all applicable privacy and data protection laws 
  • Not sell, share, or misuse customer data 

This obligation survives termination of this Agreement. 

10. Intellectual Property 

  • All MoveMeWithCare.com branding, trademarks, logos, content, and platform materials remain the exclusive property of the Company. 
  • Mover may not use branding without prior written consent. 

11. Term, Suspension & Termination 

This Agreement: 

  • Becomes effective upon acceptance 
  • Continues until terminated by either party 

MoveMeWithCare.com may suspend or terminate Mover immediately for: 

  • Breach of this Agreement 
  • Customer complaints or safety concerns 
  • Lapsed insurance or licensing 
  • Unethical or illegal behavior 

Mover may terminate participation with written notice. 

12. Non-Circumvention 

Mover agrees not to bypass, divert, or solicit customers introduced through MoveMeWithCare.com in a manner intended to avoid fees or platform policies. 

13. Dispute Resolution 

  • This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida. 
  • Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved informally. 
  • If unresolved, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or mediation, at MoveMeWithCare.com’s discretion. 

14. Limitation of Liability 

To the fullest extent permitted by law: 

  • MoveMeWithCare.com shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages 
  • Total liability shall not exceed the amount of fees paid by Mover in the preceding 6 months 

15. Amendments 

MoveMeWithCare.com reserves the right to update or modify this Agreement at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of revised terms. 

16. Entire Agreement 

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements or representations. 

17. Acceptance 

By checking the acceptance box, and continuing with the application process, Mover confirms agreement to these Terms.
